In this part-time role, you will coordinate the full fleet lifecycle, from procurement, leasing, branding, and handovers to accidents, repairs, insurance topics, fines, invoices, and vehicle returns. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and service providers to keep all fleet-related processes running smoothly.
This role is key to supporting our growing retail business by creating reliable, simple, and scalable fleet operations behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Fleet procurement & lifecycle management
- Vehicle branding & operational setup
- Accident, insurance & repair management
- Cost, invoice & compliance tracking
- Stakeholder & partner coordination
- Hands-on and solution-oriented: You are comfortable taking ownership of operational problems directly and finding pragmatic solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-driven: You can keep track of multiple vehicles, contracts, and open topics at the same time while maintaining high accuracy.
- Cost-conscious mindset: You actively look for ways to make fleet operations more efficient and cost-effective.
- Strong communicator in German and English: You communicate clearly both in German and English.
