Position: Fleet Manager
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Experience: Less than 1 year

Salary: Up to $500

Job Requirements:

• Manage and monitor company drivers and fleet operations
• Track trucks, loads, routes, and delivery performance
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and customers
• Monitor HOS and driver productivity
• Handle daily operational issues and resolve problems quickly
• Maintain communication with drivers throughout their shifts
• Monitor truck maintenance and downtime
• Prepare and review operational reports

Requirements:

• Experience in US trucking/logistics
• Previous Fleet Manager or similar experience
• Good knowledge of US trucking operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
