Full-time · 6 days a week, about 9am–7pm · Based in Miami, covering South Florida

We're a 24/7 commercial fleet repair operation doing both mechanical and body work. We service delivery vans and fleet vehicles for some of the biggest names in logistics, from Port St. Lucie down to Homestead and across to Fort Myers and Naples.

We need an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to run the day, own our customer relationships across that whole territory, and keep the work moving without being told what to do next. Your home base is our main shop in Miami. This is a big role with real responsibility — you'll be the main voice every one of our fleet customers hears from us.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written. Interviews are done in both.
• Experience running fleet or auto repair operations — service manager, service advisor, shop foreman, fleet coordinator, or similar
• Mechanic experience and real mechanical knowledge. You can explain a fault to a customer clearly, and you know when a tech's answer doesn't add up
• You stay calm and put out fires
• Organized — you keep a to-do list, prioritize, and don't forget things
• Proactive — you find the problem before someone hands it to you
• Always looking to improve how things run
• Valid driver's license and willing to drive to customers across South Florida

YOUR DAY

• Start the morning checking every customer chat — drop-offs confirmed, diagnostics and updates sent, nothing missed
• Take the calls when something goes wrong, and fix it
• Run the Miami shop floor and visit customers across the territory
• Handle dispatching and logistics, including towing
• Get repair approvals and answer customer questions on mechanical and body work
• Coordinate outside vendors — keys, windshields, and more
• Call customers to find more work and get ahead of issues
• Track day and night techs so repair orders get done right and on time
• Always be asking: What approvals are pending? Do we have enough work for tonight? How can we make this more seamless and efficient?
