You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments across safety, quality, cost, and schedule, while driving customer satisfaction and business performance in a highly regulated environment.
- Lead and ensure successful execution of large-scale, multi-site nuclear projects (KOB1 – New Nuclear Installations) in a matrix organization
- Define and implement a multi-site execution strategy, including master scheduling, procurement strategy, resource allocation, and risk & opportunity management
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, project management, planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics and finance
- Monitor project execution and drive performance against safety, quality, cost, lead time, revenue, margin, and cash flow objectives
- Provide high-level reporting (planned vs. actuals vs. forecast) to leadership and customers
- Act as Emerson’s representative with key clients, including senior-level communication and stakeholder alignment
- Support bid/tender phases to ensure alignment on budget, timeline, technical, contractual, and quality aspects
- Drive profitability through internal optimization (engineering, procurement, manufacturing) and external levers (change orders, claims)
- Ensure consistency in quality and compliance with nuclear regulations, standards, and safety requirements across all sites
- Support financial planning, including revenue recognition, margin at completion, billing, and cash flow tracking
- Contribute to dispute resolution (quality, warranty, delay penalties) in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Lead project close-out reviews and share lessons learned and best practices across sites
- Promote adherence to Emerson’s quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory policies, contributing to nuclear safety
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the nuclear sector
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site projects in a matrix organization
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with senior-level stakeholders and clients
- Solid understanding of project financials (cost control, revenue recognition, forecasting, cash flow)
- Technical knowledge of industrial products, manufacturing processes, and project execution environments
- Knowledge of nuclear quality requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Strong organizational agility and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English (required)
- Experience managing projects across multiple international locations
- Advanced expertise in project planning tools such as Primavera P6
- Deep understanding of nuclear market dynamics and customer requirements
- Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and change order management
- Experience contributing to project management process improvements and tools
