📋 Job Requirements:
- Monitor and evaluate the safety and overall performance of each driver
- Conduct regular driver safety audits covering driving behavior, compliance, documentation, violations, and incident history
- Review telematics, dash cameras, safety alerts, speeding, harsh braking, acceleration, HOS violations, and other available safety data
- Identify high-risk drivers and take timely corrective action
- Provide driver coaching, warnings, retraining, and other corrective measures when required
- Investigate accidents, preventable accidents, near misses, complaints, and serious safety violations.
