Fleet Sales Assistant

Bob Johnson Chevrolet West is looking to add a reliable Automotive Fleet Sales Assistant to our family-like team! We are a fast-growing organization looking for a hardworking individual to grow with us. We are specifically looking to hire an individual to assist our Fleet Department with processing deals and someone who can grow into a Fleet Sales person.

Automotive Fleet Sales Assistant Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Fleet Department with processing fleet deal paperwork.
• Communicate with fleet customers to coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a great customer experience.
• Coordinate drivers to ensure prompt vehicle deliveries.
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and generate leads.

Automotive Fleet Sales Assistant Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.
• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
• Steady work history and commitment to starting a new career.
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
