ABOUT US

Brauman Inc. provides commercial fleet maintenance, mobile repairs, and heavy-duty truck service throughout South Florida. We have the technicians, equipment, and experience to keep fleets on the road. Right now most of our new business comes from referrals and existing customers — we're hiring someone whose full-time job is going out and bringing in new accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Find and land new fleet customers in Fort Lauderdale and across Broward County
• Target companies that run their own vehicles — delivery and courier companies, HVAC/plumbing/electrical contractors, landscapers, municipal and utility fleets
• Prospect through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Meet with fleet managers and business owners to understand their needs
• Put together quotes and proposals, follow up, and close the deal
• Hand new accounts off to our service team and stay in touch to grow repeat business
• Keep track of your leads and report on your progress

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals
• Comfortable cold calling and walking into businesses
• Self-motivated and results-driven — you don't need to be micromanaged
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

NICE TO HAVE

• Automotive, trucking, or fleet sales experience
• Existing contacts with local companies that run vehicle fleets
• Familiarity with fleet management or fleet card programs (Element, WEX, Merchants)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
