• Fleet Operations
- Monitor truck availability and utilization.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Schedule PM services and inspections.
- Minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintenance Management
- Work with repair shops and dealerships.
- Obtain repair estimates and approve repairs.
- Track maintenance history and expenses.
- Monitor warranty claims.
• Driver Support
- Assist drivers with breakdowns.
- Coordinate roadside assistance and towing.
- Arrange replacement equipment when necessary.
- Resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
