• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and roadside assistance.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, expenses, and vehicle documents.
• Follow up on equipment issues until they are fully resolved.
• Prepare daily fleet updates and reports for management.
