Oversee leased and rental fleet maintenance, repairs, and costs for customers, coordinating schedules and ensuring operational efficiency.

As a PacLease Fleet Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring their leased and rental equipment operates at peak performance. You will serve as a trusted partner to your assigned accounts, coordinating maintenance, managing repair costs, and helping customers navigate service‑related challenges with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule all repairs and preventative maintenance for assigned PacLease customers to keep their fleet operating safely and efficiently.

  • Review incoming repair orders to ensure accuracy, proper cost distribution, and compliance with PacLease standards.

  • Manage fleet costs for both lease and rental units, maintaining a strong focus on financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Apply for warranty coverage when applicable; training will be provided to ensure you become proficient in warranty processes.

  • Maintain daily communication with customers, assisting with any service‑related issues they encounter while operating their equipment.

  • Partner closely with Jackson Group service departments to reduce downtime and improve repair turnaround times.

  • Identify maintenance and repair trends within the fleet and escalate findings to the appropriate team members to support continuous improvement.

  • Contribute ideas, feedback, and solutions — your voice and expertise will be valued, and your input will help shape the success of our department.

Class B or A CDL license is not required but is a great benefit for the position we are looking to fill.
