Fleet Support Centre Engineer

ALSTOM Gruppe seeks a Fleet Support Centre Engineer in Napoli to design maintenance diagnostics for the assigned project and optimize corrective maintenance by developing standard internal procedures for troubleshooting.

You will review equipment failures and downtime, identify root causes, and contribute to train health monitoring by defining diagnostic rules. The role includes remote support for critical troubleshooting within the Service Engineering Organization.

Defines standard rules to analyse train diagnostic data. Defines standard operation sheets for troubleshooting. Design diagnostic algorithms. Analyses feedback from the depots. Participates in critical task-forces dedicated to troubleshooting when needed. Bachelor-level degree in electronics or electro-technical engineering. Experience with TCMS development or validation or commissioning. Experience in railway industries or large industrial plants (Power, naval, etc.). Analytical and proactive with a data-driven approach.
