Fleet Technology Support Specialist

What you'll contribute

Are you passionate about technology, customer service, and process excellence?

We're looking for a Fleet Technology Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Connected Mobility products and services.

In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure the smooth administration of Connected Mobility solutions (Telematics, car sharing and mobile apps) deliver outstanding customer experiences, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

This role is a permanent full-time role based at Grosvenor Place, Sydney

How you'll make an impact

  • Manage and process Connected Mobility product transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Support operational teams by investigating and resolving Connected Mobility invoice enquiries.

  • Coordinate the ordering of products and services, provide updates on order status, and identify opportunities to improve automation and efficiency.

  • Respond to customer and supplier enquiries, delivering timely and professional service.

  • Support day-to-day Connected Mobility operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Build strong relationships across Fleet Strategy & Product, Fleet Sales, Operations teams, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your attributes

  • Previous experience in Fleet Management or a related industry.

  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong computer literacy and confidence working with systems and technology platforms.
