*Flexible Timing* Locum Staff Nurse | Changi - #HJZ

Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to medically stable patients in a transitional care setting.

• Perform routine nursing assessments and monitor patients' conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed care plans.

• Assist with nursing procedures and activities of daily living where required.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.

• Escalate changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare team.

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of patient care.

• Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and BCLS certification.

• Prior nursing experience in a hospital, community hospital, nursing home or similar care setting would be advantageous.

• Responsible and comfortable providing care to medically stable patients.
