Flipside Counselor
Position: Flipside After School Care Staff
Reports to: Director of After School Programs and Summer Camps

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Love working with children
- Experience working with groups of children
- Highly energetic, creative, and flexible
- CPR Trained (preferred)
Employee Profile:

Hours and Duties:
- Monday – Friday, 2 pm-6:30 pm
- Comply with policies as stated in the Employee Agreement and in the Employee Handbook.
- Check students in or out of summer camp, supervise children inside games/activities, and prep and clean up for camp.
- Know the proper ways to deal with disruptive or disobedient behavior
- Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
- Know the procedures for dealing with issues of an emergency nature.
