As a float teacher, you’ll step into classrooms across our preschool program to provide instructional support wherever needed- helping maintain consistency, structure, and high-quality education for our students.
Job Duties

Support various preschool special education classrooms as coverage is needed
Implement IEPS and individualized learning plans
Create engaging, supportive classroom experience for students
Collaborate with therapists, aides, assistants, and families
Monitor student progress and adapt strategies for success

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in special education
NYS Special Education Certification
Passion for early childhood education and helping students thrive
