Floater Caregiver - On Call (Weekday & Weekend)

This is a true on-call floating position. We are seeking caregivers who can be available to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends, holidays, daytime, evening, overnight, and last-minute call-off coverage.

The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and is willing to pick up shifts as staffing needs arise across multiple locations. Dependability, responsiveness, and availability are critical for this role.

As an On-Call Floating Caregiver, you will provide coverage for open shifts, call-ins, vacations, and emergency staffing needs. You will work with various residents and homes while delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and personal assistance to residents
• Support residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and community activities
• Observe and report health or behavioral changes
• Follow care plans and company policies and procedures
