Pay Range: $25.00-$27.00 per hour, plus auto allowance

We are currently looking to fill a Floating Multi-Site Maintenance Technician position to support our properties in Redondo Beach, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, and Anaheim, CA. (North Orange County and Los Angeles County, CA)
The Maintenance Technician ensures the property community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the organization.
Essential Job Functions:
- Respond to resident requests for maintenance
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
- Complete necessary repairs to building exteriors and common areas as assigned by Supervisor.
- Complete Unit Turns
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repair
- Adhere to the company’s safety program rules, attend safety meetings and performs all duties in a safe manner.
