$22.00–$26.00/hour base pay

$15/day on-call pay (rotating, paid — not expected for free)

What You'll DoHandle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
What You Need
Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
Must live within 30 minutes of the property
1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
