The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, production, and all other needed performance; must meet or exceed budget while in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. May involve walking, bending, and stretching, as well as lifting and moving donations and retail fixtures.

Qualifications:

Punctual and goal oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
Knowledgeable about fashionable clothing and desirable collectibles.
Experience as a supervisor preferred, but will train the right person.
Valid driver license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
