Floating Medical Office Customer Service (LATAM only)
This is a remote position.
This is an on-demand position, not a full-time or permanently assigned role. Working hours are not fixed or guaranteed and will depend on the availability, duration, and scheduling needs of each temporary assignment.
Unlike an assistant dedicated to one medical practice, the floating assistant may support different clients at different times. Each assignment may involve new providers, workflows, software systems, scheduling rules, and operational procedures.
The position follows a rapid deployment model. When coverage is needed, the selected assistant receives an accelerated onboarding for the specific medical practice and provides support for the duration of the assignment.
