Innovative Care Services Floating Program Manager
Location: Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) or Adult Family Home (AFH) Green Bay and Appleton areas.
Shifts Available: Full-time, primarily 1st shift with night, weekend, and on-call responsibilities. Flexibility to work any shift is required, including nights, weekends, and overnights.
Compensation: $22.00- $23.00 per hour
- Interim Program Manager (60%): Lead and manage the assigned residential program, ensuring the well-being of both clients and staff. Supervise staff, assist with personal care, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Interim Float DSP (30%): Provide direct care support in various locations across the NE Region, ensuring clients receive the attention and care they need.
- Project Work (10%): Support the Administrator with program evaluations, quality reviews, initiative implementation, and process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
- Be available 24/7, either by phone or in person, to respond to emergency situations and ensure staff coverage when serving as Interim Program Manager.

- Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory/management experience, or 5 years of hands-on caregiving experience.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and state-required car insurance is essential.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
