POSITION SUMMARY:
The Floating Property Manager provides on-site and remote support to multiple affordable housing communities. This role helps maintain occupancy, ensure accurate and timely recertifications, support collections, audit files for upcoming compliance reviews, and assist with new property lease-ups.
Qualities of our ideal candidate:
LEASING:
§ Provide coverage and operational support across multiple LIHTC properties as assigned.
§ Assist with daily property operations, including resident relations, leasing, and file management.
§ Manage occupancy tasks such as marketing available units and processing applications.
§ Complete and/or review annual and interim recertifications to ensure full LIHTC compliance.
§ Support rent collection efforts, including resident communication and follow-up on outstanding balances.
§ Conduct internal file audits in preparation for upcoming LIHTC, state agency, or investor audits.
§ Assist with new community lease-ups, including application processing, move-ins, and compliance file preparation.
§ Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and all applicable housing regulations.
§ Any other tasks requested by leadership team.
