Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Flock Caretaker team member at our a Randolph Pullet Farm in Union City, Indiana (Randolph County).

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.05/hour
• Increase to $19.30/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 6:00am-2:30pm
  • Rotating weekend shift and some evening work

What You'll Do

• Animal care and welfare
• Assist with barn clean out & rodent control
• Follow all biosecurity and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Must be a least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have animal handling experience
