1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence | 顾客体验与服务管理

Lead the front-of-house team to deliver warm, professional, and thoughtful service that reflects Tomacado’s floral dining concept.
带领前厅团队提供热情、专业且细致的服务，展现花厨「美食与花艺」的独特体验。

2. Daily Operations & Team Supervision | 日常营运与团队管理

Oversee restaurant floor operations, including table assignments, service flow, staff scheduling, and cleanliness standards.
负责餐厅楼面日常运作，包括座位安排、服务流程、员工排班及环境卫生管理。

3. Staff Training & Development | 员工培训与成长

Coach and train service staff on service standards, communication, and guest engagement to build a motivated and high-performing team.
培训与指导服务团队，提升其服务标准、沟通技巧与客户互动能力，打造高效有活力的团队。

4. Communication & Coordination | 沟通与协调

Work closely with kitchen, florist, and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely service delivery.
与厨房、花艺及吧台团队密切沟通，确保服务流程顺畅与出餐及时。

5. Customer Relations & Complaint Handling | 顾客关系与问题处理

Engage with guests to build strong relationships, handle feedback or complaints professionally, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
积极与顾客互动，建立良好关系；专业地处理反馈与投诉，确保顾客满意而归。

6. Sales & Performance Support | 销售与业绩支持

Assist in upselling promotions, private dining packages, and special events to achieve sales targets.
协助推广餐厅套餐、包厢及活动项目，达成业绩目标。

7. Compliance & Safety | 规范与安全管理

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
确保所有营运符合公司及相关机构的卫生、安全与服务标准。

Job Requirements | 任职要求

Education Level | 学历要求
Diploma or equivalent preferred ｜ 大专或同等学历优先

Work Experience | 工作经验
At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in F&B or hospitality industry ｜ 至少2年餐饮或酒店业管理经验

Skills | 工作技能

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
