Base hourly rate + uncapped commission (average earnings up to $27+ per hour)

About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on sales performance, team management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Proprietor in managing daily floor operations and achieving sales targets
Lead, coach and motivate Sales Consultants to maximise performance
Monitor sales results, reporting and team KPIs
Drive exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
Maintain merchandising, pricing and department presentation standards
Oversee stock levels and assist with stocktakes
Ensure compliance with company processes, health & safety, and legal requirements
About You:
You’re a motivated retail professional with leadership potential and a strong drive to achieve results.
Attributes we are looking for include:
Proven retail sales experience with strong results
Leadership or team coaching experience (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse performance and drive improvement
High level of initiative, resilience and accountability
Computer literacy and experience with POS systems and reporting
Flexibility to work weekends and extended retail hours
