Lola’s on the Water is looking for a hands-on Floor Manager who leads from the floor, keeps the team focused, and makes sure our guests feel taken care of from start to finish. You’ll coach the team, solve problems in real time, and help create the energy, accountability, and hospitality that make a great restaurant run.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the floor during service and keeping the guest experience front and center.

• Coaching and supporting servers, bartenders, hosts, runners, and support staff.

• Managing floor assignments, side work, opening and closing procedures, and shift readiness.

• Staying visible, touching tables, and resolving guest concerns professionally.

• Coordinating with the kitchen and bar to keep service flowing.

• Holding team members accountable to service, appearance, and restaurant standards.

• Helping train new team members and reinforcing a culture of teamwork and urgency.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience in a full-service environment.
• Strong floor presence and the confidence to lead by example.
• Excellent guest-recovery, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach respectfully while holding clear standards.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• A hands-on leadership style and team-first mentality.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
