Floor Production Supervisor

Summary

The Floor Production Supervisor leads day-to-day operations on the paint manufacturing floor, directing production associates through batching, mixing, tinting, filling, labeling, and packaging to deliver finished product that is safe, on spec, and on schedule. This role is the first line of accountability for safety in an environment that handles pigments, resins, and other hazardous materials. The Floor Supervisor translates the production schedule into shift assignments, enforces quality and environmental requirements, develops the crew, and works closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse/Shipping, and the Plant Manager to meet output, quality, and cost targets.
