BQ Bar

ROLE OVERVIEW

Weare looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Floorstaff to join the BQ Bar team.The ideal candidate demonstrates genuine hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic bar environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar.

• Help guests be aware of and choose menu items, take orders, and ensure guests feel well taken care of throughout their visit.

• Keep the bar stocked and clean while consistently providing friendly and attentive service.

• Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.

• Suggest food and beverages to guests, actively up selling to enhance the guest experience.

• Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service at all times.

• Properly open and pour wine at the table side following established service protocols.

• Maintain grooming and appearance standards consistently in line with BQ Bar guidelines.
