This is your mission. You will work closely with the housekeeping team, and together you will ensure that our guests always have their rooms fresh and clean, can enjoy tidy and pleasant spaces and environments, and that all the pieces of the puzzle are in the right place. We look forward to welcoming you to the Housekeeping department as a Floor Supervisor (m/f/d). #### Qualifications Job Description: What your workday looks like … - You will ensure that the staff, maids, and porters make every room perfect from top to bottom with a fine-tooth comb, and you will lend a hand to your colleagues in all their daily activities - You will support the external housekeeping staff in their work and divide it accordingly; paying great attention to detail, you will ensure that our furnishings are always where the designer placed them. - You will always maintain an overview and chase every speck of dust with hawk eyes, even when all rooms need to be cleaned at the same time Qualifications **Your personality counts more than your CV …** - If you have gained experience in the housekeeping sector and have a passion for order and cleanliness · - You know how to support your colleagues and enjoy contact with our guests - You are an organizational phenomenon and your communicative way of working speaks for itself - You bring not only your skills but also your character #### Additional information **People with something extra get something extra back.** - Discover all 25hours hotels and stay there for up to 10 nights a year as a team member! - Get discounts at all hotels in the Ennismore group, as well as in restaurants and bars - Participate constantly in the many 25hours trainings, both in the hotel where you work and in other hotels Working hours: In shifts from 07:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off Work location: Florence (FI) - **ON-SITE WORK - WE DO NOT PROVIDE STAFF ACCOMMODATION.** We offer a full-time contract as a maternity leave replacement for at least 1 year, with a C3 level classification under the Federturismo - Aica Confindustria national collective agreement with an annual gross salary between €21.500 and €22.500 commensurate with experience. ...but above all, we offer all the training that will be necessary! 1.
