- Manage the work of the room service staff.
- Communicate with the housekeeping coordinator to respond appropriately to any new requests made by guests through the switchboard.
- Place special items in the guest rooms based on the guests' personal preferences using the guest history files.
- Represent the guests and other departments to ensure that their requests are carried out in order to satisfy the guests.
- Report equipment maintenance through phone calls or maintenance records.
- Conduct daily inspections of VIP guest rooms, regular guest rooms, and randomly check rooms inspected by self-checking staff.
- Report accidents and damages to the housekeeping coordinator in a timely manner and ensure that relevant records are filled out promptly.
- Explain and promote the hotel's facilities and services to guests when necessary.

- Ensure that all colleagues work in accordance with the standards of appearance and work uniforms.
