What you'll do...

Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
You will be the guiding light and the example of setting the Vibe and Tone of The Hoxton Way
- The Hox Standards
- The LQA
- Sequence of Service
- Day-to-Day running of the restaurant, Lounge, Lobby and Mezzanine
You will be responsible for the Onboarding on new members of the team
You will be required to give relevant SOP updates to senior management
You will be responsible for training and developing the waiters on the floor
- Food Knowledge
- Beer Knowledge
- Wine Knowledge
- Upselling / Suggestive Selling
- Emotional and Engaged Service Management
You will be responsible for driving Ennismore/Hoxton initiatives
- LQA
- Dis-Loyalty
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Competitions
You will support the Bar management team when necessary.
You will conduct team member chats
- Performance Reviews
- 1-2-1 Chats
Formulate work schedules for the team.
Maintain inventories and ensure compliance with cash control procedures.
Complete accounting and administrative reports as required.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.

Strong previous work experience as floor manager or supervisor in a busy and high volume restaurant.
