About the role

At Vincci Hoteles, we are looking for a Sector Manager for our hotel Vincci Soma 4* in Madrid. A key position to guarantee an excellent experience for our guests, coordinating dining room service and leading the assigned team with closeness, organization, and attention to detail.

What you'll do

• 👥 Coordinate and supervise the service in your dining room sector.
• 🍽️ Ensure excellent and personalized attention to our guests.
• 🧭 Organize the daily work of the team, supporting service operations.
• ✅ Ensure compliance with Vincci Hoteles' quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• 🤝 Manage communication between the dining room, kitchen, and other departments so that service flows with agility.
• 📋 Support the training and guidance of the staff in charge.
• 🔄 Adapt to rotating shifts according to the hotel's operational needs.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in similar positions in hotels, catering, or dining rooms.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to resolve incidents.
• Client orientation and teamwork.
• Proactive attitude, commitment, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience in 4 and 5-star hotels.
• Knowledge of service protocols and dining room attention.
• Management of teams of between 10 and 14 people.
• Residence in Madrid or availability to relocate to the city.
