Floor Supervisor
Summary
Oversee daily operations at a virtual golf facility, managing bookings, customer service, simulator setup, and food/beverage service.
Staff members responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, including setting up customers on the simulators and taking food and beverage orders.
Responsibilities include the following:
Front Desk Management
* Greet customers
* Create and manage bookings on our booking software
* Respond to emails in a timely manner
* Answer phone calls
Customer Service
* Provide tours of the facility
* Set up customers on the golf simulators
Membership
* Keep bag room organised and pull bags for our members
* Remember names and preferences of members
Golf Simulators
* Ensure the customers are enjoying their golf experience
* Conduct basic simulator maintenance and troubleshooting
* Ensure the technology is working properly
Food and Beverage
* Take food and drink orders and serve to customers in a timely manner
* Bus the area routinely
* Prepare drinks on the menu
Other Duties
* Inventory and ordering
* Manage relationship with suppliers
* Assist scheduling
* Assist managers
* Keep outlet neat and organised
