Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday @ 5:00PM - 1:30AM

Essential Duties:

• Clean floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Strip/wax floors, carpet extraction, carpet spot removal

Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).

• Expertise of use and care for Tennant Rife on equipment T-7. M-17 and M20 ride on scrubbers
• General cleaning of buildings, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
• Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
• Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision.

• Experience preferred.

Standing; Kneeling; Walking; Bending/Stooping; Reaching; Pushing; Pulling; Climbing ladders/stairs; Lift or carry up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
