Job Summary:

We are a flooring manufacturer seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer-focused mindset, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.

Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in flooring, building materials, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Identify potential customers, develop new business opportunities, and promote our flooring products.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Product Presentation: Present our flooring products professionally and explain their features and benefits to customers.
• Sales Support: Prepare quotations, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on orders.
• Market Development: Identify market opportunities and support the company's business expansion.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is essential. The ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is also required.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in flooring, building materials, furniture, or related industries is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professional Attitude: Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business communication tools.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
