Our Container Planting Team creates premium indoor and outdoor planters that blend horticultural expertise with modern design. We are seeking a skilled Container Designer to produce high-quality arrangements using a wide range of plant materials, including succulents, tropicals, annuals, perennials, natives, edible plants, and evergreens. Responsibilities of a Container Designer:
Design & Production
- Create custom, recipe-based, and cash-and-carry planters that align with brand standards.
- Utilize the full palette of available indoor and outdoor plant material.
- Collaborate with team members to develop trend-forward, profitable designs.
- Support ongoing care and maintenance of completed containers.
Client & Sales Support
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend design solutions.
- Promote related products and services; coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Partner with the Department Manager to uphold quality and consistency.
Operational & Administrative
- Maintain accurate digital and paper client files.
- Work with the Department Manager and Inventory Integrity Manager to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Stay current with industry trends and participate in relevant events.
