Job Summary
Join our local Singapore florist team as a full time or permanent part-time assistant florist, supporting flower arrangements and retail operations during evening hours and peak seasons.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and design flower gifts and bouquets to meet customer needs and occasion themes
- Assist customers with flower selection and provide friendly, helpful service during retail hours
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
- Work independently to complete assigned floristry tasks and retail duties during evening shifts (5pm-10:30pm) on weekdays and weekends
- Manage computer tasks including email and internet use to support daily operations
- Commit to a regular weekly work schedule for at least 12 months to ensure consistent team support
- Work on critical peak periods, including every day from February 11 to 14 (Valentine’s week) and Mother’s Day, to handle increased customer demand
- Attend face-to-face interviews as part of the selection process
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in floristry or retail and customer service environments
- Creativity in floral design and a passion for working with flowers and people
