Flower Watering Technician Driver - Enhancements (50658)
Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Flower Watering Technician Driver for our Landscape Enhancement teams. We perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck with a water tank to a handful of jobs to water and keep recently planted trees and plants healthy.
Responsibilities:
- Safely driving a company work truck with a water trailer
- Performing daily vehicle inspections
- Watering plants
- Hand-watering
- Move soil, equipment and materials
- Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills:
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
- Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
- Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledge preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
