Flutter Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into mobile applications.
• Work with LLMs, AI agents, and Agentic AI frameworks to build intelligent and autonomous application features.
• Integrate AI models and services through REST APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Develop AI-powered features such as intelligent assistants, conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, and automated workflows.
• Work with Python for AI integrations, automation, data processing, and backend services where required.
• Integrate Firebase and other backend services for authentication, notifications, analytics, and application data.
• Collaborate with backend, cloud, AI/ML, and product engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimise application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following Flutter and software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot application, API, AI integration, and production issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI-powered mobile development.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart is mandatory.
• 3-6 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, state management, and application lifecycle.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.
• Hands-on exposure to AI agents / Agentic AI concepts and workflows.
• Good knowledge of Python for AI integration, automation, or backend development.
• Experience with Firebase or equivalent backend/mobile services.
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, debugging, testing, and software development practices.
• Experience integrating AI APIs/models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Vertex AI, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work from Gurugram in a hybrid setup.
• Notice period: Up to 60 days.
• Candidates should be available for a face-to-face interview/hiring drive as required.

Good to Have:

• Experience building AI-powered mobile applications.
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases.
• Experience with Google Cloud / Vertex AI or other cloud-based AI platforms.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, function/tool calling, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with mobile app deployment on the Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
