About the role
🚀 As a Flutter Developer, you will be a part of the team with 3 Flutter Developers. On a daily basis, you will work with our development team, which consists of not only developers but also a Project Manager, System Analyst, UX/UI Designers, and QA.
Grow with us! 🌱
Work with clients from all over the world and in different industries (healthcare, telecommunication, commerce),
Work with experienced team members to soak up their knowledge from various fields (also through Code Review),
Have team meetings every 2 weeks where you can talk about tools, news, projects’ use cases, and exchange experiences.
What you should have? 🦾
Commercial experience with Flutter & Dart, with solid Dart fundamentals: null safety, async / streams, sealed classes and pattern matching,
Clean Architecture and SOLID in day-to-day work,
BLoC / Cubit as the primary state management, with explicit loading and error states,
Dependency injection with GetIt + Injectable,
Code generation workflow: Freezed, json_serializable, build_runner,
REST integration with Dio + Retrofit against an OpenAPI / Swagger spec, including consistent error handling,
Declarative navigation with typed routes, for example go_router,
Unit and BLoC tests (bloc_test, mocktail / mockito),
Releasing apps to Google Play and the App Store, including build flavors and environments (dev / stage / prod),
Working with AI coding tools as part of the daily workflow, such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor: driving them effectively, reviewing their output critically, and being comfortable extending them with custom skills and agents,
Fluency in English – at least B2 level (a must-have, as we have international clients),
Native Polish (our company’s communication is conducted in Polish, we also have Polish clients).
Nice to have 👏🏼
Firebase: Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config, App Distribution,
Integrating native SDKs, for example payments (Stripe),
Basic Swift / Kotlin, enough to configure the native side: permissions, plists, flavors,
CI/CD for mobile (Codemagic / Bitrise / GitHub Actions) with automated store distribution,
Portfolio of published apps (Google Play / App Store / GitHub).
What will you get? ✨
