- Architect mobile experiences: Design and build scalable, high-performance Flutter applications across our customer and professional apps.
- Own features end-to-end: Take complex features from system design and technical architecture through development, testing, release, and post-release improvements.
- Write production-grade code: Build clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable components using Flutter and Dart.
- Shape mobile architecture: Drive decisions across application architecture, state management, navigation, networking, modularisation, and performance.
- Solve complex engineering problems: Debug and resolve challenging issues across the app, APIs, SDKs, native layers, and backend integrations.
- Scale design: Think through system design, scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability while building mobile experiences.
- Raise the engineering bar: Contribute to code reviews, establish engineering best practices, build reusable foundations, and improve development velocity across the mobile stack.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade Flutter applications.
- Deep proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a strong understanding of mobile engineering fundamentals and architecture.
- Strong experience in system design and designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, state management, networking, modularisation, and performance optimisation.
- Strong focus on clean coding practices, code quality, maintainability, and writing reusable components.
- Experience debugging complex issues across application, API, SDK, native, and backend layers.
