We’re looking for an ambitious, driven, and relationship-focused Account Executive to fuel our retail expansion and manage key commercial relationships.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind our retail presence and commercial success. You will:
Manage & Grow Key Accounts: Own relationships with major retail partners, supermarkets, and distributors across your assigned territory.
Drive Sales Performance: Exceed revenue, volume, and distribution targets through structured joint business planning.
In-Store Execution: Work closely with field teams to ensure flawless shelf execution, promotional visibility, and optimal stock levels.
Market Insights: Monitor competitor activities, trade trends, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
Negotiation & Strategy: Plan and negotiate trade promotions, pricing structures, and promotional calendars to maximize ROI.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of account management or sales experience within the this industry.
Relationship Builder: Proven track record of managing major retail or wholesale accounts.
Data-Driven & Commercial: Comfortable analyzing sales reports, stock turnover, and promotional performance to present business cases.
Negotiation Skills: Strong communication skills with an ability to influence key stakeholders.
Proactive Spirit: Highly organized, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
