Essential Job Duties:
- Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
- Providing travel support using Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Assist in developing, editing and reviewing briefs.
- Assisting in managing schedules and correspondence tracking
- Assisting in coordinating, tacking and preparing schedules
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Travel domestic and international required.
- Current passport or ability to obtain.
- Less than Three (3) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.

A working knowledge of DOD policies and procedures relating to FMS.

AMS Experience Desired, not required.
- BA/BS Degree.
- Allowable Substitution for Bachelor's Degree
- Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience, beyond the required experience outlined for the particular labor category, performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Must be able to obtain a valid passport within 90 days of hire.

The estimated base salary range for this position is between $55,000.00 - $75,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
