The Site Focus Improvement Lead drives the deployment and sustainability of the Focused Improvement (FI) and Factory Mars Operating System (FMOS) pillars, building a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site. The role acts as a key ambassador of the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) program, developing problem-solving capabilities and ensuring effective performance management practices. In parallel, the position owns the site's Do It Best (DiB) program, delivering a robust savings pipeline and governance to achieve annual cost competitiveness targets.

What are we looking for?

• You hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• You have minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing (Site Industrial Engineer, Continuous Improvement, PPI).
• You have analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
• You have excellent communications skills.
• You are fluent in French and English.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Champion associate Safety, Quality & Food Safety (QFS), and Sustainability objectives by ensuring all improvement initiatives are aligned with Mars standards and site priorities.
• Lead the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of the Focused Improvement (FI) and Factory Mars Operating System (FMOS) pillars, driving capability building, loss elimination, problem-solving excellence, and performance management across the site.
• Act as a visible Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) ambassador, promoting MSE principles, coaching pillar teams, and supporting the integration of MSE practices into everyday operations.
• Own the site's Do It Best (DiB) program, developing and maintaining a robust multi-year savings pipeline, governance routines, and roadmap to deliver annual cost competitiveness targets aligned with Supply OGSM.
• Facilitate loss analysis and prioritize improvement opportunities by leveraging FI methodologies, ensuring sustainable elimination of chronic losses and performance gaps.
• Lead and manage cross-functional improvement projects focused on productivity, waste reduction, cost savings, operational efficiency, and business performance enhancement.
• Coordinate DiB workshops, project reviews, and governance forums to ensure a healthy pipeline of savings initiatives and effective execution of the roadmap.
• Monitor and report progress against FI, FMOS, and DiB objectives through appropriate KPI tracking, reviews, audits, and leadership updates.
• Drive the digitalization of FMOS routines (e-FMOS), working closely with Digitalization and Operational teams to implement digital tools, standardize performance management processes, improve real-time KPI visibility, and strengthen data-driven decision making across the site.
• Actively participate in local and regional FI, FMOS, CI, IE, and MSE communities, sharing best practices and leveraging network expertise to accelerate site performance.
