About
Chick-fil-A is a people-first restaurant built on the values of Truett Cathy, who founded the company on a simple purpose: to serve others with Honor, Dignity, and Respect. From day one, Truett’s belief was that the way you treat people matters just as much as the food you serve—and that purpose still guides every shift. As a Front of House Team Member at the Chick-fil-A Plaza at the Speedway, you’ll help create a welcoming, inclusive experience for every guest who walks through the doors. You’ll be part of a team that takes genuine hospitality seriously, supports one another through clear standards and strong teamwork, and takes pride in doing things the right way. With a full-time role and a flexible schedule that fits real life, we work to make sure you feel valued, included, and supported while you deliver the Chick-fil-A experience from the moment guests arrive.
