Lunch is our busiest stretch of the day, and it's where great teams shine. You'll help keep the front counter and drive-thru moving quickly while still giving every guest a genuine welcome. If you like staying busy, working alongside a team, and seeing the difference your effort makes, this shift is for you.

Schedule: Part-time, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM on weekdays and Saturdays. Closed every Sunday.

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.

What you'll do

• Take orders at the front counter and drive-thru quickly and accurately during the lunch rush

• Welcome guests, answer questions, and make sure every order leaves complete

• Keep the dining room, drink station, and counter clean and stocked

• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and cash-handling standards

• Jump in wherever the team needs help to keep service moving

• Availability: Must have consistent weekday availability between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, as well as availability to work Saturdays.
• Reliability: Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
• Customer Service: Must have a friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to create a welcoming experience for every guest
• Teamwork: Must be willing to support fellow team members, communicate effectively, and help wherever needed during busy periods.
• Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to remain calm and focused during the lunch rush.
• Coachability: Must be open to feedback, willing to learn new skills, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow instructions, maintain cleanliness, and ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, including standing for extended periods and safely carrying supplies or other items as needed, with reasonable accommodations where required.
• Food Safety: Must be willing to learn and follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Experience: No previous restaurant experience is required. Training will be provided.
