This is more than a Front of House Manager role. It's an opportunity to help launch one of Australia's most exciting new entertainment venues and create guest experiences people will remember.
As our Front of House Manager, you'll lead all food and beverage operations across bars, dining and events, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service from the moment they arrive. You'll play a key role in building a high-performing team, driving service excellence and creating an energetic, guest-focused culture in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
We're looking for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on developing people, delivering outstanding service and driving operational performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading day-to-day front of house operations across bars, dining and events
Building, coaching and developing a high-performing food and beverage team
Delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards
Partnering with venue leaders to execute memorable events and functions
Managing rostering, workforce planning and labour costs
Monitoring operational performance and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
Ensuring compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and company standards

What You'll Bring

Proven experience leading high-volume food and beverage operations
Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
Experience managing labour, stock control and operational performance
Sound knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and hospitality compliance
A hands-on leadership style and commitment to exceptional guest experiences
The energy and enthusiasm to be part of an exciting new venue opening
