Front of House Opening Team Member | 6a-2p

Start your day early, finish by 2pm, and have your afternoons and Sundays free.

Our opening team sets the tone for the whole day. From the first breakfast order to the start of the lunch rush, you'll be the warm welcome our guests count on before work, school, and a day at Legends. We're looking for dependable people who like an early start and take pride in doing things right.

Schedule: Full-time, 6:00 AM -2:00 PM, Monday-Saturday rotation. Closed on Sundays.

Pay: $14.00-$17.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and take orders at the front counter and drive-thru with accuracy and care

• Help open the restaurant: stock stations, prepare the dining room, and get ready for breakfast

• Keep breakfast service fast and friendly, then hand off a clean, stocked restaurant to the lunch

team

• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and cash-handling standards on every shift

• Support teammates wherever the shift needs you

What success looks like

• On time, every time. Openers can't be replaced at 5:55 AM, so you arrive ready to work and honor your scheduled shifts.

• Coachable. You listen, ask questions, and apply feedback.

• Ownership. You notice what needs doing and do it without being asked.

• Genuine hospitality. You make guests feel cared for, even early in the morning.

What we're looking for

• Reliable transportation for a 6:00 AM start

• Availability for full-time hours, including Saturdays

• Restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we train you on

everything

Requirements

• Welcome guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and represent Chick-fil-A with genuine hospitality from opening to close.
• Be dependable for the 6a–2p AM Front of House shift and consistently arrive ready to work at your scheduled time.
• Work full-time as part of a shift-based team, supporting morning operations and staying flexible to meet daily needs.
• Deliver fast, accurate service by taking customer orders, supporting order pickup, and helping keep the flow moving during peak times.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area by following restaurant cleanliness standards and restocking as needed throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members, using a positive tone to resolve questions and ensure a great experience.
• Follow Chick-fil-A procedures and standards for quality, safety, and guest service in all front-of-house activities.
• Be mission-driven and embody the values of serving others through Honor, Dignity, and Respect every day.
• Support an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests, taking orders, maintaining efficient drive-thru and dining room flow, and assisting with Front of House responsibilities as needed
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in order accuracy, guest interactions, and keeping common areas presentable for every customer.
• Handle busy, fast-paced moments with a calm, respectful attitude while continuing to deliver excellent service.
