Job Requirements:

1. Greeting and Seating Guests: Warmly welcome customers as they enter; Manage reservations and waitlists; Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
2. Taking Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders; Provide menu recommendations and answer questions; Ensure dietary restrictions or allergies are communicated properly.
3. Serving Food and Drinks: Deliver orders promptly and correctly; Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests; Handle complaints or issues with professionalism.
4. Handling Payments: Process payments via cash, card, or POS systems; Issue receipts , ensure correct billing and closings.
5. Maintaining Cleanliness and Ambience: Keep tables and dining area tidy; Refill condiments, napkins, and supplies; Help reset tables for the next guests.
