As a Front of House supervisor, you play a key role in the smooth and successful operation of our business. You will lead by example, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a positive and safe environment for both staff and guests. This position requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and support team members during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Support and guide team members during shifts, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
• Take charge of running individual shifts, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Uphold company standards and policies while contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous food service experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Table service experience would be required.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance.
• A positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
